Ten years ago, I started this blog entitled, In the Name of Love because I firmly believed that everything we do should be done out of love. Well, ten years later, I’m so excited to announce that In the Name of Love has grown to become an official non-profit organization dedicated to teaching the gospel and providing resources to help people go deeper in their spiritual journey!
With that being said, boy do I have some EXCITING news for you! It’s so exciting, I could break out into my happy dance right now (but I don’t want to show Beyoncé up so I’ll remain calm).
Guess what, friends?! We are launching our very first internship program, A Seat at the Table!
Once we have a seat at the table, it’s our responsibility as leaders to make room for others at the table. Here at ITNOL, we have several seats that are ready to be filled by people with big dreams for the next generation!
The seats that need to be filled include:
- Social Media Lover
- Administration Guru
- Writer + Researcher Support
- Videographer + Photographer
- Graphic Designer Extraordinaire
It’s YOUR turn to have a seat at the table. If you want to put your gifts and talents to the test, this is the internship for you. You’ll get to see, firsthand, how your work directly impacts the next generation!
Are you interested? Would you want to join along with me and my ITNOL team this summer? Be sure to apply here by April 28th!
I am beyond honored to spend three months with a table full of dreamers and doers!
Bianca Juarez Olthoff
Do you want to move to Cali???? Come on! Just do it 😉
Afraid those days are long gone
NEVER! Just come out for three months 😉
This is a dream, Bianca!
I’m in Florida, is the internship in Cali & is it for the entire summer?
Yes, the requirement is a minimum of three months (around about).
I’VE SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION. xx
AWESOME! The team is doing the evaluation so stay tuned 🙂
Where in CA is your office based?
Orange County, California 🙂
What are the hours. I’m in San Diego but have an IT management job.
Hi Krista! The hours will be determined by the volunteer coordinator, but approximately 20 hours per week (8 hours in the office one day a week). Hope this helps!
When will people be chosen for internships?
Great question! Applications must be turned in by April 20th. Secondary interviews will be the first week of May. Final applicants will be chosen by May 7th.
I’m assuming this isn’t a paid internship? 🙁 cannot afford to move to cali. 🙁
Hi Regina! It’s not. It’s a 3-6 month unpaid internship that will include ministry planning, a discipleship trip, 12 weeks of leadership development, and life planning course.
Is this a paid internship or unpaid? 🙂
Hey Nicole! It’s an unpaid internship.
Bianca if you ever decide to expand to the San Francisco, Bay Area. I am your girl! unfortunately i’m just a little too far for this. But I admire you so much, you are such an inspiration. you are #Goals girlfriend! I love your fire!
Thanks doll! So kind.
What is the mission behind ITNOL? How exciting! Just curious what all this wonderful new ministry will be doing?!
Hi Amanda! Great question. We are SUPER committed to training the next generation (internship program), serving women in prison (prison outreach), creating resources for those inside and outside the Church (messages, PDFs, curriculum), and finally, supporting the local church. 🙂 Hope that helps!
Hi Bianca! If I have submitted an app, will I receive an email to confirm that your team got it? I haven’t yet.
I just asked our team member and it was received 🙂 Thanks so much!!!! You should be receiving an email soon.
I’m so excited!?
Hi Bianca! When can I be expecting an email back that my application was received? I submitted it on Monday.
Hi Katie! I was just informed from the team that applications will close on the 25th of this month. So you should hear back not too long after that! Thank you so much for applying. Its been a dream of mine to mentor and pour into the next generation! XO
Hi Bianca! I submitted my application back on April 5th but wasn’t sure if it was received or not. I left my browser open for a long time while I was typing and got a little worried that maybe it timed out and didn’t go through. I was going to submit it again with a note saying why, but didn’t want to be a stage 5 creeper…lol. Anyway, just wanted to check and let you know!
I have been praying so much about this opportunity and am excited to hear back! 🙂
Hi Noelle! Applications are due April 25th, so you should hear back this upcoming week with followup from the team who is overseeing it 🙂 Cheers! So excited you applied.
